1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Aiploy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. The service is operated by J1X Labs.

2. Description of Service

Aiploy is a platform for deploying and hosting Go applications using Docker containers. We provide the infrastructure, but you are responsible for the applications you deploy.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Deploying malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Engaging in DDoS attacks or port scanning.
• Hosting illegal content or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to circumvent service limits or security measures.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. J1X Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
